Cait McMahan is a former 2x National Champion under legendary coach Pat Summitt at the University of Tennessee. She received her bachelor degree in communications from UT. 
A local product from just down U.S. Highway 129, McMahan is the first Heritage High School product to become a Lady Vol basketball player...Helped the Lady Mountaineers to an 87-11 record in her four years and a district title in 2005...Street and Smith’s third team All-American (2005)...Parade All-American Third Team (2006)...EA Sports All-America second team (2003, 2004) and honorable mention (2006)...USA Today Freshman and Junior All-American...Student Sports Sophomore All-American...Orlando Sentinel All-South Team (2005) and earned honorable mention in 2004...Blount County Player of the Year (2003, 2004, 2005)...All-District (2003, 2004, 2005)...All-Region (2003, 2004, 2005)...AP All-State (third team in 2003, first team in 2004 and 2005)...TSWA All-State (2005)...Was a finalist for the Tennessee Miss Basketball award in 2003, 2004 and 2005, and was a runner-up in 2004.

Cait specializes in Individual, Group, or Team Basketball Lessons, Speed and Agility Training, Weight Training, and Life Coach. Cait is also organizing the Cait McMahan “For the Kids” Basketball League that will be hosted here at Smoky Mountain Athletics.
